About the Series

It’s 2020, and there is a political spotlight on Wisconsin. The Democratic National Convention is coming to Milwaukee, and the state will play an important role in the race for president.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel & WUWM 89.7 FM - Milwaukee’s NPR’s “Wisconsin 2020” series is teaming up with the Zeidler Group to bring community-driven election questions to life in a year-long event series. 

This series will be featured and promoted on the websites of the Zeidler Group, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, and WUWM 89.7 FM - Milwaukee’s NPR, and complement their 2020 election coverage 

Look For

• A series of bi-monthly community dialogues in 2020

• Free and open to the public

• Each dialogue will serve ~100 participants from diverse political viewpoints

• Topics will include the referendum to raise property taxes for MPS, the impact of the DNC, and more.

• Each event begins with an interactive presentation on the topic followed by community discussion circles
